You can register to vote several different ways:
1. Please complete the form below, and we'll direct you to a voting registrar who can register you to vote.
OR
2. Please print out this form, fill it out and mail it to the address listed on the page.
OR
3. Complete this online form from the Illinois State Board of Elections.
OR
4. Register at any Suburban Cook County Early Voting Sites during Early Voting. You must show two forms of identification, one showing your current address where you are registering to vote. You must cast your ballot immediately upon registering.
OR
5. Register at your polling place on Election Day. You must have two forms of identification, one showing your current address where you are registering to vote. You must cast your vote immediately upon registering.
OR
6. Go to Glenview or Northbrook village halls, or to the County Clerk's office at 69 W. Washington in Chicago or the Skokie or Rolling Meadows courthouses and register to vote.
