You can vote early in Cook County from March 17 through March 31, including weekends, at any suburban Cook County location including Glenview and Northbrook village halls. Other valid locations include the Skokie and Rolling Meadows courthouses and 69 W. Washington St. in Chicago.

Unregistered eligible voters in Cook County can register to vote at any Early Voting location in Cook County and vote on the same day. People seeking to register to vote at an Early Voting location must bring 2 forms of ID that indicate their name and residence address.
