Now that the dust has settled after this past election season, we are reminded that our work turning Northfield Township red is just getting started, and that what our organization does between now and the next cycle is critical into winning back our turf.

The preparation that we do now is critical to supporting future wins across the Township and helping the organization thrive in the four key competencies of Communications, Fundraising, Candidate Recruitment and Community Outreach in 2024.

Success in Northfield Township depends on us coordinating our battle plan and building for 2023. As the organization grows and recruits new volunteers, we must aid them with the tools and resources that they need to make Northfield Township red.

With that in mind, the Northfield Township Republican Organization and our partner Surus will be hosting a series of four seminars to aid us in our plan for the upcoming year. If you have not yet joined a committee and you are interested in one (or more!) of each of the four key competencies, we encourage you to attend.

During these seminars, we will equip our team with the tools and best practices that will enable us to communicate effectively, make connections and build with coalition groups, effectively recruit, vet and train future candidates, and fundraise effectively to help support the goals of our organization.
